the premiere of the composition “crossroads/lane” by michael fahres, which took place on june 28, 2008 in thorn (province limburg). erik winkelmann, first double bass player of the metropole orchestra, performed this piece for double bass and moving objects.
t he concert was organised in cooperation with “stichting metronoom”.
what you don’t have to miss “crossroads/street”
on a date in january 2009, yet to be determined, the composition “crossroads/street”, for flute and rolling objects will have its premier on a unknown location. you are invited to a special day with a special program full of culture. a bus will leave utrecht and will bring you back later that day
